Just Breathe

I have walked through many challenges in life, including marriage, raising children, and facing physical and emotional abuse. I've experienced the pain of divorce, the difficulty of remarriage, fear of confronting past trauma, and the sorrow of losing a loved one to suicide. Some days, are just overwhelming. However, through these experiences, and God's grace, I've discovered ways to cope with grief and sorrow. I found ways to bring joy back into a home that felt broken and to heal from wounds of the past. I learned how to 'just breathe' through the toughest days and want to offer hope to others who may be facing similar struggles.
